The hotel room was changed to another due to a leak, but it was spacious and convenient for our travels. Unfortunately, the rooms are outdated, and the staff's unprofessionalism made the stay unpleasant. The hotel's location facing the main road was not ideal.

The staff was very nice and allowed me to check out at 5 in the morning. The location was great, close to major highways and convenient for my connecting flights. The hotel was immaculate with spacious rooms that included two queen beds, a sofa, refrigerator, and microwave, which was great as we had to wait outside for the shuttle for over an hour. The service was very helpful in all areas, and the lobby eating/bar area was more than adequate. The location was perfect for a pre-cruise overnight stay, being pretty close to the airport. The dining experience wasn't quite as good initially, but the waiter Steve made up for it with his pleasant service throughout. The facilities were well-maintained and convenient.
